Guarantee

SARL Cante provides you with a commercial guarantee of 1 year, starting from the expedition date of your product. This is verified by a guarantee and authenticity certificate which will be supplied with your SARL Cante jewellery.

In case of any problem during the period of guarantee it is sufficient to return your article along with your certificate or your bill together with your precise instructions. We will work without any charge.

1 year guarantee (parts and labour) is effective in the case of normal usage only. The guarantee is not effective in the case of maltreatment, excessive wear and tear, losses or breakages following accidental damage.

Sarl CANTE remains at your entire disposition for alterations and repairs. Any work during the contracted guarantee period is free and is applicable following the guarantee conditions and return details defined below.
